Colombia Finca Milan Maypop

Julio Cesar Madrid, the estate's proprietor, is a third-generation coffee farmer dedicated to managing his family's coffee farm. In his quest to create a coffee company different from traditional Colombian ones, he decided to innovate and transform his own farm. Julio started by planting various coffee varieties and focusing on controlling the quality of coffee fermentation processes. 

The UBA Project, implemented on three different farms—Riviera, Milán, and Buenos Aires—was born from this vision.
Milán's Lychee Culturing Washed coffee, part of this project, breaks away from the existing frameworks of the region. It utilizes microbial cultivation and fermentation environment design to create unique flavors. Opening the beans, a rich lychee grape gummy aroma is immediately noticeable. The dry fragrance carries hints of dried roses and the sweet scent of lychee. 
When tasted, the coffee offers highly discernible fruit notes of peaches, lychee, grapes, filling the entire mouth with a juicy gummy-like fruitiness.
