Colombia Huila Los Nogales Chocoberry Washed

In 2005, Los Nogales from Colombia emerged as the First C.O.E Champion.
The farm has evolved into a center for research and innovation, utilizing biotechnology and technology to enhance various aspects of coffee production such as depulping, fermentation, drying, and transportation.

Oscar Fernando Hernández, an industrial engineer and former naval petty officer, is the youngest son of Ricaurte Hernández and the current driving force behind the family project. Having studied environmental management technology at SENA (Colombia National Training Service), he gained insights into sustainable production, material reuse, clean practices, and environmental conservation.
Following his father's passing, Oscar took the helm of the farm with a clear vision: to revolutionize the industry by implementing his research, innovations, and environmental conservation practices in agriculture.

As for the Alchemy Chocoberry Washed, it's like a strawberry celebration in bean form. With a strong presence of strawberry and peach notes, slightly fermented, yet offering a rich body and a clean finish. These beans work wonderfully for making cold coffee, and when served with milk, they create a delightful experience akin to strawberry milk.
