Colombia Paraiso 92 Anaerobic Washed

Granja Paraiso 92 is located in the Pijao region of the Quindio Department in Colombia, renowned for its innovative coffee processing methods, particularly in anaerobic fermentation and unique microbial applications. The estate's coffee beans are well-known for their rich flavor and complex mouthfeel, often receiving high scores in international evaluations.

This bean, processed using a double anaerobic washed, stands out for its cleanliness and excellence compared to beans processed using traditional anaerobic methods. The first time we tried it, we were drawn to its clear and elegant osmanthus aroma.
Until now, we have mostly focused on traditional processing methods, such as washed and natural processes, showcasing classic coffee flavors. However, this bean from the estate owned by Wilton Benitez captured our hearts with its clean anaerobic profile, a must-try for everyone.

The dry aroma is distinctly osmanthus and chamomile with a subtle sake fermentation note. On the palate, the osmanthus and chamomile linger, creating a serene and fragrant experience, finishing off with wild ginger flower. We recommend experiencing this bean brewed hot to truly appreciate its elegance.
